In a significant move set to transform Ghana's agricultural landscape, In­green irrigation solution, a prominent brand of Interplast Ltd, on Friday signed a Memorandum of Under­standing (MoU) with the Ghana Irrigation Development Authority (GIDA).The partnership aims to em­power Ghanaian farmers with accessible and efficient irrigation technology and knowledge, ulti­mately to boost agricultural yields while ensuring all-year-round food security.The signing ceremony followed an initial comprehensive factory tour of Interplast Ltd.'s facilities to allow the GIDA team to gain a deep understanding of Ingreen's manufacturing capacity, quality control processes, and commit­ment to producing robust, local­ly-tailored irrigation solutions.A cornerstone of this collab­oration is Ingreen's commitment to providing extensive irrigation training support to farmers across the nation.

This vital component will equip farmers with the prac­tical skills and technical expertise needed to effectively utilise mod­ern irrigation techniques, maxi­mise water efficiency and cultivate crops throughout the year, even during dry seasons."This partnership with GIDA marks a pivotal moment for Inter­plast and for Ghana's agriculture as a whole," stated Eng.
