Paul Adom-Otchere has reportedly been called back to the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) after being released earlier in the company of Attorney General Godfred Dame and lawyers from Akufo-Addo, Prempeh & Co.
The update was first shared by Metro TV's Good Evening Ghana, which indicated that the journalist and former Ghana Airports Company Board Chair had been released but was subsequently summoned again by the OSP for further proceedings.
The development follows heightened public interest in the bail conditions imposed on Adom-Otchere during his initial interaction with the OSP.
In response to growing criticism, the OSP clarified its legal position on bail requirements.
