The Managing Director of TDC Ghana Ltd., Courage Makafui Nunekpeku, has firmly denied allegations of involvement in a land grab scheme, labeling the claims as false and baseless.
Through his legal team, Machel Stanley Nunekpeku refuted reports suggesting he was engaged in a construction project on unlawfully seized land for personal gain with military assistance. "These allegations are entirely false, unfounded, and lack any credible evidence," the legal team stated.
His lawyers emphasised, that the claims, part of a pending lawsuit, have caused significant harm to Nunekpeku's reputation as a respected professional and public servant.
Nunekpeku's lawyers demanded an immediate retraction and apology for the unproven allegations, along with the removal of the offending content from the platforms of the media outlets responsible for the publication.
