Lawyers for Ghanaian businessman Philip Kwame Brobbey have responded strongly to circulating claims that he knowingly sold a stolen BMW 740D vehicle to Kwabena Adu-Boahene, who is currently facing criminal charges.
In a press release issued by Intsiful Law Consult on Mr.
Brobbey's behalf, the legal team stated, "These allegations are completely false, misleading, and defamatory." According to the statement, Mr.
Brobbey did not import the vehicle but "lawfully acquired it locally before selling it in August 2024"-not December 2024 as widely alleged.
