Ghana winger Kamaldeen Sulemana believes he made the right decision by joining Italian giants Atalanta Bergamo Calcio.  The 23-year-old joined the 2024 Europa League winners in the summer transfer window from English outfit Southampton FC, signing a four-year deal with the club.

Despite joining the team early this month, the former Stade Rennais player was unveiled at a press conference on Thursday.

According to the pacy forward, he had no doubts when Atalanta came for his services. "I'm very happy for the opportunity I've been given, and I want to thank the Percassi family, Sporting Director Tony D'Amico and coach Jurić for that.

When Atalanta called, I had no doubts: their recent achievements speak for themselves, and I know this is the perfect place to compete in one of Europe's top leagues," he told reporters. "I'm incredibly excited to make my debut in the Champions League.
