Newly promoted side Hohoe United are making notable progress in their pursuit of Hearts of Oak goalkeeper Kwesi Nketiah, with both clubs currently locked in talks over a potential loan move, GHANASoccernet.com understands.
Sources close to the negotiations reveal that Hohoe United are eager to bolster their goalkeeping department ahead of the new season and have identified Nketiah as their priority target.
The youngster has shown promise at Hearts of Oak but is currently behind in the pecking order for the starting spot at the Accra-based club.
However, Hearts of Oak are not willing to sanction the loan move unless Nketiah agrees to extend his current contract, which is set to expire soon.
