Finance Minister Cassiel Ato Forson, PhD, has inaugurated a National Asset Management Working Committee.
The minister believes that the National Asset Management Working Committee is an imperative, considering that Ghana needs a shift in how the country manages its public assets.
Chaired by the Deputy Finance Minister, the National Asset Management Working Committee is expected to ensure that Ghana has a comprehensive State Assets Register.
The Committee is expected to identify all state assets and account for them properly.
