Member of for Nalerigu/Gambaga, Nurudeen Muhammed Mumuni, has strongly condemned the killing of two students at Nalerigu Senior High School.
Speaking on Channel One News on Sunday, July 27, 2025 he described the incident as a "barbaric and inhumane act with no place in a civilised society." He further pledged to personally apprehend those responsible and hand them over to the police if given the opportunity. "The incident that happened at Nalerigu Senior High School is barbaric, unacceptable, and inhumane.
For someone to just walk into a secondary school and kill students is something I condemn 100 percent.
If I had the opportunity and the means, I would arrest the people behind this myself and hand them over to the police," he said.
