Samartex have completed the signing of goalkeeper Sabi Acquah Ferdinand in the ongoing transfer window, securing the experienced shot-stopper on a three-year contract.
The 28-year-old joins the Timber Giants after a successful negotiation, signing a deal that will keep him at Samreboi until 2028.
Ferdinand, known for his height and commanding presence, was most recently with Nsoatreman FC, where he signed a two-year deal last season.
He made a total of eight appearances during the 2024/25 campaign, seven in the Ghana Premier League and one in the CAF Confederation Cup qualifiers, recording two clean sheets and conceding 10 goals.
