Joel Kojo is making a new move in his football journey, heading from Iran to Uzbekistan as he joins Neftchi Fergana on loan.

The Ghana-born striker, who plays for the Kyrgyzstan national team, is leaving Istiklol after a year and a half for a fresh challenge.

Neftchi will pay $225,000 for the six-month deal, which includes both the loan fee and Kojo's wages.

Club director Narzulla Saidullaev confirmed the deal, highlighting its importance for both Kojo's career and the team's ambitions.
