Assin South Member of Parliament Gyakye Quayson was today vetted by Parliament's Appointment Committee.

He has been nominated for the Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister position and is expected to bring his experience to the position to support Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa.

Mr Quayson spoke on several issues, including LGBTQI+, which he says he opposes as a true African.
