Communications team member of the (NPP), Ellen Ama Daaku, has disclosed that the party rendered an apology to former President following his recent expression of displeasure.
It will be recalled that in a reflective conversation with Abetifi MP and NPP flagbearer hopeful, Dr , former President Kufuor expressed feelings of marginalisation within the party.
He lamented the lack of engagement from the current leadership, stating that despite his significant contributions and institutional memory, he was being left out of key party decisions.
In response, Ama Daaku revealed that some members of the party promptly reached out to the former president to apologise and address his concerns.
