A 45-year-old trader, who allegedly assaulted a woman, was on Wednesday granted a GH¢15,000.00 bail with two sureties by the Kaneshie District Court Two.
Perry Ohene Darko was arraigned for assault, but his plea was not taken.
Additionally, the Court ordered that both sureties must be residents within the jurisdiction of the court, one of them should be a civil servant, which must be justified.
Darko is to reappear on August 15, 2025.
