The Manklalo of the Mepe Traditional Area, Torgbui Korsi Negbo IV, has led a delegation to pay a courtesy call on Dr Gabriel Tanko Kwamigah-Atokple, Council of State Member representing the Volta Region.
The visit, which happened in the afternoon of Wednesday, July 16, 2025, was to formally invite the Council of State member to the 69th Afenorto Festival.
Making this known in a post on his Facebook page, Dr Kwamigah-Atokple said he was particularly humbled by the kind words of the traditional leaders.
He also said he was encouraged by their visit to continue to serve his people. "They spoke generously about the energy and vision I bring to the role and expressed their admiration.
