The Black Queens of Ghana have commenced preparations for their quarter-final encounter against Algeria at the 2024 CAF Women's Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).
The women's national team of the West African country booked their place in the last eight stage on Monday after cruising past Tanzania with a 4-1 victory in their last Group C match.
The win ensured that Ghana finished in second place in the group with four points, just three points behind South Africa, the side that finished top of the group.
After having a recovery session on Tuesday, the Black Queens have today returned to the turf to train as part of their preparations for their quarter-final clash against Algeria.
