None of Ghana's Black Queens players made the cut for the CAF Best XI following the conclusion of the group stage at the 2024 Women's Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON), despite the team's impressive run to the quarterfinals.
CAF, ahead of the tournament's knockout rounds, released its Best XI, selecting standout performers from the first phase of the competition.
Ghana, who secured a place in the last eight for the first time since 2016, were absent from the elite list despite finishing second in Group C and recording a dominant 4-1 win over Tanzania in their final group game.
Jennifer Cudjoe and Chantelle Boye-Hlorkah had earned Player of the Match honours during the group stage, but their contributions were not enough to break into CAF's selection.
