The High Court in Amasaman has declined the bail application of Patricia Asiedua Asiamah, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, pending the determination of her appeal.
Bernard Kofi Asamoah, a member of Agradaa's legal team, confirmed the ruling on Tuesday, 15 July.
He explained that the court refused the bail request and has directed the Circuit Court to furnish all relevant documentation on the appeal. "We wanted bail pending appeal, and the court did not grant it.
The court has given an order that the Circuit Court furnish the court with all the processes needed for the appeal.
