Deputy Education Minister, Dr Clement Abas Apaak has commended the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) student wing at the University of Cape Coast, Tertiary Education Institution Network (TEIN-UCC), over their efforts in helping the party win the 2024 polls.
Speaking at the TEIN-UCC conference in Cape Coast on Saturday, the deputy minister said the party's student wing had been at the forefront of the campaign to get the NDC elected.
He indicated that the group had "proven itself as a beacon of hope, courage and determination". "Let me begin by saluting every member of TEIN, especially here at UCC, for the passion, resilience, and unwavering dedication shown during the just-ended national elections.
You were not just observers but, you were key actors on the frontlines mobilizing, campaigning, educating, and defending our ideals.
