Former Communications Director of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Ibrahim Sannie Daara, has insisted that Mohammed Kudus will excel at Tottenham Hotspur. The Ghana international has completed a move from West Ham to the North London club for a fee of £55m.
Kudus has signed a six-year deal with the Europa League champions ahead of the new football campaign.
Having scored 19 goals in 80 appearances across all competitions during his two seasons at West Ham, Sannie Daara believes the real talent of Kudus will be seen at Spurs. "We will see the real Mohammed Kudus at Tottenham Hotspur.
We saw him at the World Cup and Ajax, but at West Ham, he was only playing in the Premier League and other Cup competitions. But at Tottenham, he will play in the Champions League, which is every player's dream," he told Asempa FM. "Kudus thrives when he is being challenged, and with the quality players at Tottenham, he will perform and live up to expectations," he added.
