Archbishop , the leader and founder of Action Chapel International, a global Charismatic Christian church headquartered in Accra, has responded to allegations made by the Bono Regional Chairman of the (NPP), Kwame Baffoe, popularly known as Abronye DC.

Abronye accused the renowned preacher of paying some pastors in the country $10,000 each to pray for President to contest for a third term in office.

Abronye DC, speaking on his Ohiani TV show, accused the man of God of colluding with the said pastors and offering them $10,000 each to conduct prayer sessions for President Mahama's purported third-term bid.

Reacting to the allegations from his pulpit, Archbishop Duncan-Williams denied the claims and questioned why the Bono NPP Chairman would set him up for public ridicule. "Somebody had the audacity to lie and say that I gathered 25 bishops and gave them $10,000 each to pray for President Mahama to go another term.
