The Accra Regional Police Command has arrested a 29-year-old woman, Augustina Adoma, for allegedly attacking her ex-boyfriend in a violent outburst at Race Course, Sowutuom, a suburb of Accra.
According to a police statement, the unemployed woman is accused of setting fire to her ex-boyfriend's personal belongings and stabbing him during a confrontation on Thursday, June 26, 2025.
Preliminary investigations indicate that the suspect visited the home of her ex-boyfriend, Emmanuel Otabil, a 30-year-old driver, unannounced around 9:00 am.
Upon finding him with another woman, she allegedly poured water on them and left with his Samsung mobile phone.
