Culture and tradition took centre stage in the Ashanti Region as a grand durbar was held in Kumasi to honour the King of Eswatini, His Majesty King Mswati III.

The monarch's visit, which began earlier this week, marks a significant milestone in strengthening diplomatic and cultural relations between the Kingdom of Eswatini and Ghana.

It was a spectacle of royal grandeur and cultural pride at the Manhyia Palace.

The sound of talking drums reverberated across the durbar grounds as dancers, draped in vibrant kente, moved rhythmically to welcome the visiting king.
