A member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Communications Team, Theophilus Dzimegah Jnr., Esq., has strongly dismissed claims that the NDC is behind the ongoing process seeking the removal of Chief Justice Gertrude Araba Esaaba Sackey Torkornoo.
Speaking during an interview with Lily Mohammed on GHOne TV's GHToday, Dzimegah Jnr.
described such speculations as unfounded and politically mischievous. "There has been silence from the Association of Judges and Magistrates, silence from the judicial staff… So that should tell us something else.
It has nothing [to do with the NDC]," he stated.
