Responding to questions about the producer's widely known strictness on set, Joselyn clarified that Shirley's reputation comes not from being difficult, but from being deeply passionate and disciplined in her craft."Any time you're on her set, it's like you're back in school," Joselyn remarked. "No matter the project, you learn something because she is always coming up with something new." According to the Perfect Picture actress, Shirley Frimpong-Manso sets high expectations for everyone involved in her productions. "When you call her strict, it's because she is professional and passionate about her work," Joselyn explained. "She doesn't work with people who are disinterested in the craft.
