The Appointments Committee of Parliament continues the vetting of the seven Justices nominated by President John Dramani Mahama for consideration and approval to the Supreme Court on Wednesday, June 18, 2025.
Two of the nominees - Justice Senyo Dzamefe, Justice Sir Dennis Adjei, and Justice Gbiel Simon Suurbaareh - were vetted by the committee on Monday, June 16, 2025.
Two others, Justice Philip Bright Mensah and Justice Bartels-Kodwo, were also vetted on Tuesday, June 17, 2025.
The remaining two nominees, Justice Hafisata Amaleboba and Justice Kweku Tawiah Ackaah-Boafo, are expected to be vetted on Wednesday.
