Broadcast journalist and public affairs commentator, Paa Kwesi Schandorf, has commended Ghana's Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, Hon.
Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, for his relentless commitment to ending illegal mining, commonly referred to as galamsey.
Speaking on Woezor TV monitored by MyNewsGh, Schandorf praised the minister's hands-on leadership style and early results in the fight against illegal mining. "If I were to assess our progress now, I would say the efforts so far have been decent and very good, thanks to the ingenuity and passion of the sector minister, the Honourable Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah," he stated. "This is not mere rhetoric or empty platitude.
