The Court of Appeal in Kumasi has ruled that Nii Tackie Adama Latse II be added to the records of the National House of Chiefs as Ga Mantse.
The Court of Appeal made the ruling in the hearing of an application which challenged the ruling of the High Court in Kumasi, Nii Tackie Adama Latse II, be reinstated to the records of the House of Chiefs.
The decision of the High Court was challenged in the Court of Appeal in 2021, and an injunction was granted to prevent Nii Adama Latse II from being added to the records by the National House of Chiefs and another party.
The Court of Appeal reportedly dismissed the challenge to the High Court ruling by a unanimous 3-0 decision, according to OleleSalvador on his X account.
