Former Shatta Movement Militant, Addi Self, has publicly extended an emotional apology to Shatta Wale, years after their fallout.

In a heartfelt Facebook post today, Friday, June 13, 2025, the artist pleaded with his former mentor to let go of their grudge and "unblock" him, saying, "I buy you Rolex watch, I de come deliver it with #Shaxi." At the time, Addi Self explained that his silence was not out of disloyalty but confusion, since he didn't know Kweku Smoke personally.Now, in a tone of growth and humility, Addi Self says he's ready to return to the movement he once proudly represented.
