An Accra Circuit Court has granted bail in the sum of GH¢100,000 to Frederick Papa Kow-Assifuah, a 30-year-old trader accused of posing as a medical doctor and defrauding several individuals.
The bail comes with two sureties, both of whom must justify the amount with landed property.
The title documents for these properties are to be deposited at the Court's Registry.
Kow-Assifuah, a resident of Kasoa Crispo City in the Central Region, has been charged with falsely assuming the title of "Doctor" and practicing medicine without the required certification.
