Prosecutors in the ongoing GHS 49 million cybersecurity funds case have alleged that Kwabena Adu-Boahene, former head of the National Signals Bureau and the lead accused in the high-profile trial, failed to declare his assets as required by law.
The revelation came during a case management conference held on Monday, June 10, 2025.
Adu-Boahene is being tried alongside three co-accused: his wife Angela Adjei-Boateng, associate Mildred Donkor, and a jointly owned company, Advantage Solutions.
The group faces a string of charges, including stealing, causing financial loss to the state, and money laundering.
