The High Court, Industrial and Labour Division in Accra, has granted an application filed by the National Labour Commission (NLC) to serve the Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association (GRNMA) with an interlocutory injunction notice through substituted service.

This follows an ex parte motion filed by the NLC on June 10, 2025, after challenges in effecting direct service on the GRNMA amid the ongoing nationwide strike by nurses and midwives.

Presiding judge, Justice Priscilla Dikro Ofori, approved the application and directed that the injunction order, originally granted on June 5, 2025, be served on the GRNMA using alternative means.
