Former Member of for Anyaa-Sowutuom, Dickson Adomako Kissi, has stated that the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) must be kept in check.

He expressed concern over the OSP's handling of the Interpol Red Notice regarding former finance minister, , terming the move as overstepping its bounds.

According to him, maintaining oversight of the OSP is necessary to prevent potential abuse of power and to ensure the office is not used as a tool for settling personal or political scores. "The special prosecutor certainly is overreaching.
