A prominent spokesperson for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Jones Nyamesem, has issued a stark warning to former government officials, cautioning them against falling into what he described as the National Democratic Congress's (NDC) calculated political traps.
Speaking on Wontumi's morning show, Nyamesem singled out former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta as a primary target in what he sees as a broader campaign by the NDC to undermine former appointees from the previous administration.
He urged these individuals to remain vigilant, advising them to steer clear of any engagement with the NDC. "They are setting traps, and former appointees must not take the bait," Nyamesem cautioned.
He specifically encouraged Ofori-Atta to focus on his health amid ongoing medical treatment, emphasizing patience in the face of mounting political pressures.
