Over 100 final-year girls of St Thomas Senior High School in Asamankese participated in the inaugural in-person session of the My Mentor, My Pal program, as part of efforts towards addressing the critical need for youth mentorship in Ghana.

This innovative, year-long mentorship initiative aims to empower Senior High School students through a unique blend of pen-pal style letter exchanges and interactive sessions with young professionals.

The impactful event was a collaborative effort by My Teen Life and Faith, Hope and Love (FHL) Group Africa, in partnership with AfriYAN Ghana, and with support from UNFPA Ghana.

Held under the inspiring theme, "From Dream to Reality: Charting Your Career Path," in Accra on June 3, 2025, the session featured an engaging lineup of speakers, personalised one-on-one mentor sessions, and transformative conversations designed to guide the young women on their career journeys.
