Frank Davies, the lawyer of former Minister of Finance, Ken Ofori-Atta, has reacted to the declaration of his client as wanted by the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP).
Speaking in an interview on JoyNews on June 2, 2025, Frank Davies challenged the OSP to go ahead and carry out the extradition process it has stated to get. "Well, he has declared him - re-declared him - a wanted person and fugitive from justice.
