Personnel of the Ghana Police Service in the Central Region have arrested four suspected armed robbers at Potsin in the Gomoa East District.
The suspects are believed to have carried out a robbery attack on vehicles along the Winneba highway around 11:00 p.m.
on Sunday, June 1, during which several victims were reportedly robbed of cash and personal belongings.
The group fled the scene after learning that the Central East Regional Police Command's anti-robbery unit had been deployed to respond to the incident.
