Geoffrey Agbi, the man suspected to be the mastermind behind a drug trafficking ring disguised as a gym business, is finally in custody.
The Narcotics Control Commission (NACOC) confirmed his arrest on Friday, May 30, 2025, following a targeted surveillance operation.
Agbi, who had been on the run since April, was picked up around 6:20 p.m.
in his inner office at the gym located within the Kuntunse Spirit Filling Station near Amasaman. "Several substances suspected to be illicit drugs were found and retrieved from his office," NACOC disclosed in a press release on Saturday.
