The Member of Parliament for Ada, , has expressed her willingness to happily join a naked demonstration proposed by the former Greater Accra Regional Youth Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) over the continued detention of its Ashanti Regional Chairman, Bernard Antwi Boasiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi, by the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO).
Moses Abor, had earlier warned that he might lead a naked demonstration to express the party's displeasure and compel the John Mahama administration to release Chairman Wontumi, who is under investigation for serious criminal charges, including fraud and money laundering.
Abor joined a protest by NPP Members of Parliament and party supporters at the premises of EOCO on Thursday, May 29. 2025, over Wontumi's detention beyond the constitutionally permitted 48-hour limit.
