The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Achiase Municipal Assembly in the Eastern Region, Mr.
Samuel Brako, has formally appealed to the Chief of Army Staff, Major General L.K.
Gbetanu, to allocate at least 20 military recruitment slots annually to youth from the Achiase District.
The appeal was made during the Army Chief's official visit to the Achiase Jungle Warfare School, also known as the Seth Anthony Barracks.
