President John Dramani Mahama has begun a three-region thank-you tour, with his first stop in the Bono East Region, where he is expected to address a durbar of chiefs and residents on Thursday, May 29.
The tour is part of the President's effort to express appreciation to Ghanaians for the overwhelming support and votes he received in the December 2024 general elections.
While in the region, President Mahama is also expected to outline key development priorities his administration intends to implement, aimed at improving livelihoods and creating opportunities for the people.
The thank-you tour will continue in two other regions, where the President is set to engage traditional leaders, stakeholders, and citizens in a series of public events.
