President John Dramani Mahama has, with immediate effect, revoked the appointment of Anne Sansa Daly as a member of the Board of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA).   In a statement issued on May 23, and signed by the Secretary to the President, Callistus Mahama, it was announced that Prof.

Dr. (Med) Ernest Yorke has been nominated to take her place on the Board.No official reason was provided in the statement for the revocation of Anne Sansa Daly's appointment.

However, the decision takes effect immediately, according to the communication from the presidency.
