The Ho High Court has convicted seven individuals for their involvement in the robbery and brutal murder of Mawutor Adzahli, a former Assembly Member of Sogakope.

Presiding over the case, Justice John Ekow Mensah delivered the ruling on Thursday, sentencing the accused persons to various prison terms for their roles in the 2020 incident that shocked the nation.

Three of the convicted individuals - Richard Adikyere, Stephen Adzibolo, and Emmanuel Hedzro - were found guilty of both robbery and murder.

Richard Adikyere received a life sentence for his direct involvement in the killing of the Assembly Member, while Adzibolo and Hedzro were each handed 47-year prison terms.
