The legal team for Professor Christopher Ameyaw-Akumfi is currently working to fulfil the bail conditions set by the court following his appearance in connection with his role as former Board Chairman of the Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund (GIIF).
The court granted Prof.
Ameyaw-Akumfi bail of GH¢10 million, with a requirement for two sureties to justify the amount with landed property situated in the Greater Accra Region.
Channel One News can confirm that former Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong, who was present in court during proceedings, has volunteered to serve as one of the sureties.
