Justice John Nyadu Nyante, presiding judge in the case involving former National Signals Bureau (NSB) Director, Kwabena Adu Boahene, has ruled that any plea bargain discussions can only proceed after full disclosures have been filed and served on the defense.

The directive followed a request from the prosecution for more time to complete the disclosure process.

Deputy Attorney General, Dr.

Justice Srem-Sai informed the court that the delay was due to the ill health of a key investigator, who is expected to be available by Friday, May 30, 2025.
