Justice John Nyadu Nyante, the presiding judge in the trial of former National Signals Bureau (NSB) Director Kwabena Adu Boahene, has directed that any discussions of a possible plea bargain can only begin after the prosecution has completed full disclosures to the defence.
The directive came during a court sitting on Monday after the prosecution requested more time to file key documents in the case.
Deputy Attorney General, Dr.
Justice Srem-Sai, attributed the delay to the unavailability of a lead investigator, who has reportedly been unwell.
