Former Minister of Trade and Industry, Dr.
Ekwow Spio-Garbrah, has praised President John Mahama's leadership and the performance of the current government under the National Democratic Congress (NDC), describing it as a transformative moment for Ghana.
In a statement titled "The Great NDC and Ghana under a Great President Make Ghana Shine Again," Dr.
Spio-Garbrah attributed recent positive economic indicators to what he called a wave of integrity, swift decision-making, and accountability sweeping through government operations. "The excellent results being announced above by the BoG and in other aspects of the economy are due to a combination of Ghanaians electing a far more honest President on December 7th last year," he stated.
