Former Hearts of Oak defender Konadu Yiadom has officially completed a move to Israeli Division One League side Hapoel Kfar Saba on a permanent deal.

The center-back signed his contract with the Israeli outfit after successfully passing his medical, bringing an end to his spell with the Ghanaian giants.

Contrary to earlier suggestions of a transfer fee, it has now been confirmed that Yiadom's contract with Hearts of Oak had expired prior to the move, allowing him to join the Israeli side as a free agent.

Hapoel Kfar Saba officially unveiled the towering defender on Sunday, and he is expected to slot straight into their plans ahead of the new season.
