Former Attorney-General and Minister of Justice, Godfred Yeboah Dame, has justified his decision to act as legal counsel for suspended Chief Justice Gertrude Araba Esaaba Sackey Torkornoo in a case currently before the Supreme Court.
Mr.
Dame, who filed the suit on behalf of the Chief Justice on Wednesday, May 21, is challenging the constitutionality of the ongoing proceedings to remove her from office.
