Solomon Asamoah, the former Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund (GIIF), remains in custody after failing to meet bail conditions in the ongoing Sky Train case.
Mr.
Asamoah, who is the first accused in the case, is standing trial alongside former GIIF Board Chair Prof.
Christopher Ameyaw-Akumfi.
