A senior figure in the New Patriotic Party's Legal Directorate, Ishaq Ibrahim, has launched a scathing critique of Sammy Gyamfi, the Acting CEO of the Ghana Gold Board (Goldbod), over his recent apology following the circulation of a video in which he is seen handing over U.S.
dollars to Evangelist Nana Agradaa.
Appearing on Asaase Radio's The Forum, Ibrahim questioned the sincerity and scope of Gyamfi's apology, which was directed specifically at members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC). "Look at his apology; it was an insult.
Why is the apology directed only to NDC members?" Ibrahim asked pointedly.
